Great News! The federal government has just expanded (and extended) the homebuyer tax credit:
- Qualified first-time homebuyers may be eligible for up to $8,000 federal tax credit
- Qualified current homeowners looking to purchase a home, may be eligible for up to $6,500 federal tax credit
