Founded in 1988, Scott Breuer Construction, Inc. and its subsidiaries are locally owned and operated by husband and wife team Scott and Ann Breuer. Both raised in a small farming community, Scott and Ann share the strong morals and values of Minnesotans, values which they have instilled into their business practices.
